The warm, cozy atmosphere and incredibly kind staff made us feel right at home. They gave us a very early check-in after a morning flight from Santiago. The hotel is right in the city center. The beds were super comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast, though limited, was filling. After long travel from the UK, this was exactly the kind of welcoming and relaxing place we needed. If you’re in Puerto Natales and looking for a budget-friendly yet charming stay, look no further!

A fantastic spot on the map of Puerto Natales. You truly feel taken care of from the very first moment you arrive until the end of your stay. The incredibly rich and delicious breakfasts were undoubtedly a fantastic way to start each day. The place is spotlessly clean, and rooms can be cleaned daily upon request. The location is superb, right on the main street in its most interesting and vibrant section. Highly recommended!

Perfect location in the small town of Puerto Natales. Parking for the car in the property, bath, warm shower and heating system if needed, TV. Very nice tenant and staff. They accept to hold luggage. Fair price. I would have stayed there all my stay in the region and drove daily to TdP if I would have to do it again.

There were efficient and friendly staff at reception throughout the day. It was very easy to leave our bags in storage when we arrived before the allowed checkin time. They even took our passport details at that time to save time when we returned to checkin. The room was very comfortable and warm and met all our expections. Coffee and tea making facilities were not in the room but available in the lobby all through the day. Breakfast was provided as a self service in the lobby/dining area. This service commenced early enough to get breakfast before the departure times of tours and buses from Puerto Natales. The location was very central in the town being 5 -10 minutes walk to the waterfront and 15 - 20 minutes walk from the bus terminal and one block from a supermarket.

We did a last minute reservation and got a super good price, so price performance was outstanding. We had a room in the very back, so no disturbance from the street. We also managed to park our car in the little parking lot both our nights. Breakfast was sufficient, with freshly scrambled eggs. We encountered no english speaking staff, not a problem though.
